Don Vickers
Kamp Director
Don Vickers has been involved in ministry since 1984. He has served the church in various roles over the years: Pastor, Associate Pastor (Youth, Recreation, Education, and Administration) and Campus Pastor. He now serves in Yuma, Az, along with his wife, Michelle, as the Associational Missions Strategist and Leader Care Facilitator for the Southwest Region for the Arizona Baptist Children's Services and Director of Missions for the Yuma Southern Baptist Association.

Tom Burks
Kamp Pastor
Tom joined the staff Stone Ridge (Yuma, Az) in 1996. He spent the better part of 20 years as the Worship Pastor and took the helm as Lead Pastor in 2017. He is married to his wife, Stacy, since 1992 and has a high school-aged son and 2 adult daughters. Tom also coaches soccer at Gila Ridge High School of Yuma.

Tracy Newcomb

Tracy serves as the Church Ministry & Finance Administrator at Sun Lakes Community Church in Sun Lakes, Az. She graduated from Northern Arizona University with a Bachelors of Science in Education and from Golden Gate Baptist Theological Seminary with a Masters of Arts in Educational Leadership. Tracy grew up in Yuma, Az and taught 2nd grade for 7 years before serving full-time as a Children's Minister at Foothills Southern Baptist Church (FSBC), Yuma, for 10 years. She then served as the Administrator of FSBC for 5 years before moving to the Phoenix-metro area.

Lyndsay has been in Yuma most of her life and involved in Children's Ministry for almost 20 years. Lyndsay, married to Dale and a mother of two, currently serves as the Children's Ministry Director at Real Life Church. Prior to serving at Real Life, Lyndsay was a children's leader in a small church plant, Ekklesia, a multi-ethnic church, and sister-church to Real Life, with the mission of leading a diverse people to the healing love of Jesus. Lyndsay served for many years under Tracy Newcomb at Foothills Southern Baptist Church (FSBC), served as the Church Secretary at FSBC, and taught preschool students at a Yuma preschool for four years.

Trish has volunteered in Kids Ministry and several areas of Stone Ridge (Yuma) for many years. She loves children of all ages and deeply desires that they know Christ and follow him. She is committed to community outreach in the name of Christ. Trish is married to Jared, and they have five children.

Jesus Quintero
Kamp Worship Leader
Jesus graduated from San Luis High School (Az) in 2011, and went on to attend Arizona Western College (Yuma, Az) and ultimately received his degree from the University of Arizona (Tucson) to teach music. Jesus currently teaches general music at Arizona Desert Elementary in San Luis, and is a member of the worship team at Real Life. Jesus was a member of Symphonic Choir, an officer in the student chapter of the American Choral Directors Association (ACDA), and was selected for two ACDA conducting master classes during his time in the Fred Fox School of Music.

Emily has volunteered in a variety of capacities within children's ministry and even served as a "Booger" (the name given to student leaders at Kidz Kamp) under the name, "Snuggles" when she attended Kidz Kamp as a participant. Emily is currently serving the children's ministry at Real Life, married her husband, Keith, in June 2021, and enjoys devoting her time to God's work and the lives of young people.
