We know that being the person responsible for coordinating all that goes into getting kids from your church to Kidz Kamp can be a daunting, but very rewarding, challenge. We want to help make the experience as smooth as possible for you and are working to continue to develop resources for you which can be found on this page. Kamp Coordinator Instructions

Important Dates
November - February - Church Registrations & Deposits of $50/person must be turned in to lock in the $375 rate
(Deposits are transferrable, but not refundable through April 30.)
November 14 - Individual Registration Opens (on this website)
February 28, 2025 - Church Registration Forms along with $50/person deposit are due to lock in the $375 rate
Church Registration Forms/Deposits received 3/1 - 4/30 will lock in a $400 rate per person
Church Registration Forms/Deposits received 5/1-31 will lock in a $425 rate per person
April 15, 2025 - Booger Application Deadline
April 15, 2026 - Housing Forms will be sent to churches to complete
April 30, 2026 - Deadline to complete registration to get a free Kamp Shirt
(Registrations completed during May can pay an additional $10 for a shirt, registrations completed in June will not receive a shirt.)
Kamp Deposits are now non-transferable (Any additional registrations will require their own deposit.)
May 1, 2026 - Housing Forms Due
May 2, 2026 - Mandatory Meeting for all Boogers (and Staff) at Real Life Church in Yuma
May 29, 2026 - Final payments from churches must be postmarked (A $50 late fee will be incurred after this date.)
July 6, 2026 - Any boogers or staff members from your church need to be at Prescott Pines by 11:00 am
July 6, 2026 - Check in 3-4 pm (Medication Instruction Forms & Camp Registration/Payment Adjustments if needed)
