Kamp Coordinator Instructions
Each year we put together a packet of instructions for Kamp Coordinators from each church. The packet for 2023 is still in development, but while you eagerly wait for you can check out last year's packet to get a general idea of what to expect:

Important Dates
October 2022 - Booger Applications sent out to churches.
December 30, 2022 - Deadline for special church registration forms (travel permission etc) to be sent in for registration.
February 28, 2023 - Kidz Kamp Interest Form Due with $25 non-refundable church deposit.
March 2023 - Kidz Kamp Registration opens.
April 30, 2023 - Booger Applications are due.
May 20, 2023 - Booger Orientation Meeting
June 20, 2023, Final date of registration with guaranteed Kamp t-shirt
July 17, 2023 - Final date of registration
July 10, 2023 - Room Assignment forms sent to Church Coordinators
July 17, 2023 - Camp Balance Payment Due from Churches
July 17, 2023 - Room Assignment forms due
July 24, 2023 - Check in (Medication Instruction Forms & Camp Payment Adjustments as needed)
